Good2Talk Mental Health & Well-being Insights

Post-secondary students’ shared experiences can offer valuable insights into Ontario’s mental health landscape. Discover these insights by exploring our data.

Good2Talk Insights showcases anonymous (meaning no personal or identifying details) and aggregated (accumulated vs individual) data from conversations with post-secondary students across Ontario.

By sharing data about youth mental health and well-being, we remind young people that they are never alone. They can always find hope, strength and community through Good2Talk. While insights are shared directly from post-secondary students in Ontario, we respect their privacy and our values at all times.

Youth experiences with mental health and substance use are more than just data points. However, we hope the information on this platform guides you in finding support and also influences policies, programs and more.

Respecting post-secondary students’ privacy is important to us. We want to reassure you that your conversations with us remain confidential. We never share data or information from individual discussions. To learn more about how we protect your data, visit our FAQ section.
