Good2Talk welcomes feedback from students, campus staff and community members about their experiences using or promoting the Good2Talk service.

Good2Talk Evaluation

An annual evaluation of Good2Talk’s services is carried out by partner organization The Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine if Good2Talk is helpful to post-secondary students in addressing their mental health and addictions needs, while collecting important demographic information. The Evaluation takes place over 6-10 weeks and examines specific outcomes, including callers’ perceived problem severity, awareness of personal strengths, hope, perceived distress, coping skills, identification of next steps and options and awareness of appropriate supports.

The Good2Talk Evaluation is not currently running. The next Evaluation will be conducted in early 2018.
